The QSC Senior Finance Analyst, is responsible of supporting the QSC Planning and Forecasting Lead and the QSC Controlling Team with reporting and submission process of Actuals and Plan/Forecast data
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Forecasting
- Review Actuals in Above site Cost Centers each month for accuracy and make appropriate journals as needed.
- Support P&F Manager with Forecasting & Budget activities such as Forecast Calendar Maintenance, Working Capital, Other Net Liabilities, Forecast Journal Submission, Employment Cost, Head Count analysis, Quality Supply Chain Logistic Management, etc.
- Communication across markets regarding allocations, OE forecasting, intercompany cross charges.
- Work with all system maintenance related to budgeting & forecasting (SAP, Siera, Bison, AO, BI).
- Produce P&L and Operating Assets Monthly Reporting & Commentary vs Budget, vs Forecast.
QSC Consolidation & Forecasting Activities
- Consolidate Monthly Forecast, Reporting & Commentary Activities
- Support with Preparation of Site MPR Deck (AO templates)
- Manage monthly system requirements related to forecasting & budgeting activities.
- Annual budget activities.
- Continuous improvement driving efficiency in P&F & reporting processes along with enhancing site productivity via performance management metrics & reporting.
QSC Controlling Activities
- Implement Standard Model Processes across NA Manufacturing Markets
- NA QSC PEC Templates Management
- Support AFC with Controlling Deliverables
- NA QSC Audit and Compliance
- Continues Improvement Initiatives execution.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 4+ years of experience in general accounting, finance, or cost accounting.
- Supply chain accounting reporting and P&F experience is a plus.
- SAP knowledge and ERP experience is required.
- Power BI knowledge and advance Excel is required.
- Bison experience is a plus.
- Advanced (C1) level English proficiency is required.
- Strong in building relationships and collaboration.
