**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The Global Q2C Service Catalogue role works directly with the Operational Capabilities & Excellence leader and the Process Excellence team to ensure that the Quote to Cash standard set of Global processes, procedures and Standard operating model is translated into a Q2C Service Catalogue that will enable a differentiated support model aligned to the Kyndryl operating model & the our customer needs.
They will need to partner and collaborate with key stakeholders both within and outside of the Q2C organisation and actively support and drive the Global process standardization and cultural transformation needed to ensure a successful deployment and adoption of the Q2C Service Catalogue.
The role will need to understand the requirements and the environment of both Q2C and the Kyndryl organization, as well as current processes, process results and process maturity.
They will also be required to be involved in special projects where they will lead, perform, and coach efforts targeted at improving operational aspects of a given value stream or process.
Work activities besides the development of a Q2C Service Catalogue will include the identification of best practices, factors contributing to performance gaps, areas for change, and process success measurement criteria.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Required Experience:
1) Strong Services background
2) Proven experience in supporting the Services Lead to Cash Workflow in particular the Contract Registration and Billing & Invoicing.
3) Strong English language spoken, and written proficiency essential
4) Ability to consult strategically, and work with the extended team, to deliver tangible outcomes
5) Strong communication and presentation skills
6) Strong Servant and Thought leadership and influencing skills
7) Ability to establish strong professional relationships and work effectively with Stakeholders and manage expectations and priorities
8) Ability to work in a matrixed Global team
9) Experience with Agile methodology for design and development
