**Job Description**:
As a leader in consumer data and identity-based marketing solutions, **Experian Marketing Services** is improving the business and consumer experience by offering a complete identity solution.
We're doing so through a clearer view across the digital customer buying journey and with strong acquisitions of leading AdTech and MarTech providers with the most recent being **Tapad**, a leading digital identity resolution provider.
**What you'll be doing**
You will be working with a small, talented, broadly focused team responsible for many different mostly back-end systems.
We run our own code and support the teams that run our code.
This is a blended development, support, and operations role that is roughly 75% development.
- Write effective, readable, documented code in excellent English
- Write SQL queries and perform some light DBA duties
- Automate processes using Linux shell scripts and cron jobs
- Learn and maintain existing systems as needed
- Handle support tickets for the systems you've built or that the team is responsible for
- Assess and scope feature requests
Qualifications**
What your background looks like**
- 2 years of professional experience as a Python developer (must)
- Excellent English level
- Linux command line experience with shell scripting
- SQL experience and basic database design knowledge
- Git usage
- Other programming languages and technologies
- B.A./B.S.
in Computer Science or related discipline
- Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
- Must be able to clear the company's pre-employment screening
