Pws Lifecycle Proposals Analyst I

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to stakeholders in the interpretation of Request for Quotes (RFQ) and proposals terminology
- Resolves standard work and prepares documents related to Lifecycle Offers
- Completes small Bill of materials
- Work with Technical Writers and other technical advisors, Legal, Procurement, other Emerson Departments to ensure all proposals-related information is incorporated into the proposal' submission documentation
- Complete customer required technical and commercial paperwork, as necessary.
- Ensure the timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage, and disposition of proposal information
- Ensure the implementation of best practices and processes in proposal efforts
- Tasks assigned are routine in nature, and are in accordance with established standards, tools, templates, or other specifications

**Qualifications**
- Technical degree or College Student in an Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. BSc in a related career is advantageous
- Knowledge in SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate in English within technical and business settings. Strong working command of the English language, at least B1 Intermediate level of English is required

**Working Conditions**
- It could be required to participate in small assignments within other Lifecycle teams for training purposes
- Availability to travel for training or other business needs (5%)
