Audit Expense Reports by controlling that all North America Expense Reports meet with Travel Policy and follow up any discrepancy with the employees.
- Management and maintenance of Fixed Assets.
- Intercompany invoice and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare Maintenance Contracts reports during the month.
- Prepare closing reports such as FA forecast files, Balance sheet reconciliation reports.
- Assure all inventory accounts are properly coded and propose adjustments if required.
- Monthly close assistance as required.
**Qualifications**

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Ability to implement process improvements.
- Driving for results.
- Customer focus.
- English Communication skills (verbal/written).
- Corporate accounting knowledge.
- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Oracle & HFM helpful but not required.
