We are committed to hiring and valuing a global diverse work team.What you will do:The PO specialist is responsible for ensuring cost-effective purchase of all materials and services as required by the procurement plan whilst ensuring quality control and compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.In this role, duties will include but are not limited to:- Review and process purchase order and maintains records of goods ordered and received.- Identify, negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers.- Build and maintain supplier relationship.- Evaluate vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.- Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders, ensure quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise.- Researche and evaluate vendors to compare pricing and services.- Coordinate with related parties to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.- Work in collaboration with the purchasing team.What you should bring:**Education**:- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar relevant field**Experience**:- 5+ years procurement related experience (budgeting and purchasing)Other Skills:- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite- Analytical skills- Negotiation skills- Organization and time management skills- Problem solving skills**Language**:- Advanced English
