**Responsibilities**:
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Monitor and to generate actions to improve or maintain the good performance of the PTP KPI's.
- Support internal and external inquiries through Sys Aid tickets, calls and chats.
- Support process controls
- Local market support
- Performing the PTP KPIs analysis to be presented into the monthly market reviews
- Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities
- Accomplish with the 95% in the SLA of tickets resolution with accuracy on the resolution given
- Maintain a positive NPS score about the satisfaction of our internal and external Customers
- Ensure AP procedures conform to GAAP and Bacardi policies and procedures
- Support on Documentation processes
Skills and Experience

- Previous PTP related experience
- Adopt changes quickly.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details, accuracy, and sense of urgency.
- Strong customer service
- Spanish proficiency: 100%
- English proficiency: 90%
- Italian proficiency: 85-90%
- Working knowledge of major ERP platforms, preferably SAP
- Basic to Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
