**Job Description** Position Summary**
To provide support to different departments within the company in order to ensure users correct access to information regarding their specific tasks and processes.
**General Job Responsibilities**
The intern will support current Junior on establishing data management and compliance goals, strategies, communications and planning necessary actions to maintain the appropriate business and operational strategy, some examples of tasks related to this internship are:
- Annual review of documentation and manager approval.
- Support the team with presentations and documentation.
- Support with access management for testing.
- Keep control of the testing progress
- Support to Training process of Key users or managers when require.
- Learn and follow best practices and processes defined by the company.
- Participate in status meetings (internal) and attend internal training.
- Perform other functions related to the position.
**Qualifications**
- High School diploma is a must
- College Student (e.g. Business Administration Industrial Engineering or similar)
- English level: B1+
- Knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel)
- SAP is a plus
