As a Technology Project Manager at Sysco Costa Rica, you will lead global IT projects within the Business Unit to standardize processes across various business from project initiation to completion. Collaborating with Business Leaders, development teams, program teams, users, and partners, you will understand processes, requirements, product vision, roadmaps, and deliver solutions, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
**_Qualifications_**
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing issues and risks.
- Experience managing and implementing Oracle EBS Projects and Non-Oracle Projects (Web Applications / Integrations).
- Utilize Smartsheet to create and manage project schedules, tasks, dependencies, and resource allocations.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics.
- Understanding of Project KPIs, SLAs, and the ability to prepare and analyze KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced), MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Management experience is desired.
- Experience in a Shared Services Centers environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan and manage short
- and long-term projects.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals in varied organizational relationships.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the technology.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Having experience with Planview are a plus
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level or higher).
