**Project Manager (SAFe Agile) - Remote**

SGF Global is looking for a Project Manager (SAFe Agile), for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Overview**:
The IT Project Manager is an energetic and inspirational leader who assembles and leads project or agile teams, identifies appropriate resources needed, and manages schedule of dependencies to ensure timely completion of work items.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Expertise with traditional project and program management methodologies and familiarity with the SAFe Agile Framework
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give frank and empathetic feedback and coaching
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of development languages, tools, and utilities, including JAVA, DB2,.Net and SQL, Jira Align, ServiceNow PPM, MS Azure Suite (preferred)
- Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
- Proficiency with ServiceNow PPM (preferred)
- English C1

**Duties and Tasks**:
- Routinely manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks.
- Familiar with business scope, objectives, and outcomes, as well as the role and function of each team member, their role in achieving those outcomes.
- The IT Project Manager effectively guides the activities of both internal team members and external vendors.
- They exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under mínimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
- Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
- Makes decisions regarding their own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires mínimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
- Follows established guidelines/procedures.
- They build strong intrapersonal relationships with peers, leaders, and stakeholders and is viewed as a trusted partner who understands and advocates their desired outcomes and objectives.
