Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will operationalize strategic solutions to map, analyze, and improve organizational processes. You will work closely with a team of program managers to verify compliance with complex solutions using the latest technology, new tools, industry best practices, and Amazon's vast cohort of experienced program management professionals. You will work closely with solution design, operational excellence, product innovation, business intelligence and data science/engineering teams to ensure our team follows standard processes. As you work, you will gain valuable experience in the project/program management field that will enable growth and opportunities to increase scope and complexity. Think of this role as an international multi-tool helping orchestrate our worldwide processes and scale rapidly.

About the team
The Regulatory Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance team's charter is to protect customers from products that are unsafe, illegal, illegally marketed, controversial or otherwise in violation of Amazon's policies while enabling our Selling Partners to offer their broadest selection of safe and compliant products.
The RISC PMO makes work easier for the RISC team, allowing them to maximize their impact on the Amazon customer experience. We do this by creating simple processes that promote quality, efficiency, and scalability; planning and standardizing administrative work; and constantly pursuing strategic improvements.
