**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Quarzo Technology is seeking an experienced **Project Manager Leader **to lead the project manager and implementation team to champion our commitment to excellence by ensuring on-time delivery, superior quality, and client satisfaction.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Lead, mentor, and develop the project manager and software implementor´s team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Establish clear performance metrics and goals for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and agile methodologies.
Define assumptions, risks, constraints, and deliverables for project and ERP implementations.
**Operational Excellence**:
Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
Confers with project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties.
Develop and implement best practices and processes to streamline projects and implementations and enhance efficiency for the clients.
Monitor metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to continuously improve processes.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned projects reporting directly to the manager.
Ensure all project requirements are thoroughly reviewed before the start to reduce risk and potential complaints for the clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of project managers and implementors teams.
Monitor project budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
**Reporting & Analytics**:
Generate regular reports and insights into the project and implementation performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies and initiatives based on data-driven insights.
Provided accurate financial forecasts and reports to the customer support manager.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or software engineering.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Fluency in Spanish and English required.
Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or related)
Advanced Excel es required.
