We're looking for a Change Management Specialist to support the overall Lead to Cash Program Portfolio of projects.
The hiring manager is looking for someone:
- With experience in Project Management
- Self-starter, can begin working at his/her own initiative based on project meetings (and where applicable, guidance from Change Management Senior lead)
- Familiar with multicultural IT environment, tech companies and digital transformation in general
- Having familiarity with organizational and people-oriented change management (know what it is)
- Having familiarity with content development (comfortable with translating data into consumable content)
- Having familiarity with SAFE Agile, sprint planning, Product Management, QA & UAT testing cycles
- Having familiarity with Lead to Cash cycle, business operations (to a certain extent)
- This person needs to be comfortable reaching out to people throughout the company without necessarily meeting them before
- Is colleague and customer oriented - while we are helping internal colleagues navigate through changes within the company, colleague impact and experience must always be our priority. Customer centricity is also crucial as the outcome of the work we do will have a direct impact in customer and seller experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and verbal skills - advanced English skills
