TASKS:

- Assist senior project manager with tasks involving workplace software projects, including responding to queries, updating project data and preparing presentations.
- Develop, maintain and monitor project plans which have schedules, dependencies and timelines.
- Develop and maintain RAID logs for a given project.
- Attend project meetings, take meeting minutes and actions and conduct follow ups as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and organize project meetings.
- Report on projects' progress.
- Act as technical advisor to other Workplace teams.
SKILLS:

- Proficiency in English.
- Take directions from senior project manager.
- Proficient in O365 products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams).
- Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems related to projects and existing Workplace tools.
- Ability to interface with internal and external groups, including external vendors.
