**Responsibilities**:
- Join a team of process analysts to support new process creation and existing process optimization
- Align project prioritization with WorldWide Partner and Commercial Organization transformation strategies
- Focus on partnership with GTM and technical teams (including IT) on complex M&A integration projects
- Gather, analyze & prioritize customer and partner requirements
- Build customer and partner use cases
- Work with cross-functional process owners to define desired workflows, corresponding scale, and scope of effort
- Work with leadership and peers to handle intake and onboarding of new projects, including resource allocation
- Documentation ownership across all processes built
**Required Skills**:
- Must have channel/partner experience; preferred to have experience across multiple channel routes to market (2 Tier, Cloud Provider/MSP, etc.)
- Be able to organize complex initiatives and make them work within a structured framework
- Be able to drive change and be persistent
- Pro-actively interact with different functional stakeholders up to senior executive leadership level
- Able to work with and drive standardization across diverse cross-functional teams
- Highly effective & efficient written and verbal executive communication skills
- Detail-oriented while being able to see the 'big picture'
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
- Be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
Required Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience for a technology (hardware or software) company or hands-on practitioner at a consulting firm
- 3+ years of experience of managing complex channel initiatives a plus
- Experience in designing/driving complex projects and processes at scale and improve sales productivity through all channel routes to market.
- Strong communication, listening, presentation, and persuasion skills with an ability to represent new ideas and concepts to executives and other influential stakeholders and negotiate consensus effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience with CPQ, SAP BRIM, and Blue Works, a plus
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Worked with and understand customer & partner portals for SaaS and subscription
- Enablement & change management
- Six Sigma and/or PMP certification preferred
