We are currently seeking a Project Manager ITIL to join our team in Heredia, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).
- 5-7 Years' Experience in Service Management Domain(Incident, Change & Problem) anyone as primary and should be well versed in ITIL processes and standards
- Run Daily Cadence with Key Stakeholders for updates/progress on Incidents/Requests received during Post Go live Support period and send Progress Reports
- Timely Communication, Co-ordination & Adherence to the Transition plan is a key success factor.
- Work Closely with all the stakeholders during the transition preparation phase and Post Go live.
- To ensure Service Management Processes are followed by Delivery/Project Teams
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Remedy(or any other service management tool)
- Ensure the Operational Acceptance Criteria is met prior to Go Live and Handover to Steady Support Team.
- Good Communication Skills
- Zeal to learn Service Introduction Processes and other governance activities for smooth transition of services/solutions from Project Team to Steady Support Team
