Technical Project Manager
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Plan, coordinate, track and manage project(s) to successful completion in with globally dispersed project teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans including charter, scope, work breakdown structures, estimates, resource plans, budget, task dependencies, schedule, open issues, risk assessment, management and mitigation plans across multiple work streams.
- Provide clear and timely communication regarding the status of the project - schedule, budget, progress to date, risks etc.

- Follow corporate project management methodology and ensure that projects adhere to the defined methodology and processes
- Direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis, identify resource needs, perform quality review and escalate functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately
- schedule and conduct project meetings, communicate assignments and expectations to internal or external project members, track completion of project deliverables, collect customer's acceptance on milestones or timesheet.
- help resolve project conflicts and keep project team aligned on project expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement of project processes - methodology, templates, best practices etc.

- Develop and maintain relationships within multiple departments to ensure projects can be delivered effectively.
Role Specific Technical Skills:
- Certified project management skills
- Capable to daily work with MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Experience managing IT-related projects
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
