Project Manager The professional responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of projects to achieve specific objectives within defined constraints, such as time, budget, and scope.
Our Project Managers are essential, as they ensure that projects are completed successfully, on time, and within the allocated resources.
We offer stability and flexibility to integrate into working groups and similar challenging projects for our clients also in the ecommerce, automotive industry, and financial sectors (both public and private; banks, insurance org., etc.).
Academic/training requirements: Minimum academic training: Completed university, or training equivalent to a university baccalaureate or higher in a related field.
Primary area of professional training: Business Administration, Systems Management, Industrial Engineering Secondary vocational training area: PMP or Program Management Certification Languages: Spanish & English B2/C1 A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an IT organization Specific knowledge required: Proficient in Microsoft Suite products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Proficiency in project management tools and software Deep understanding of the creative process to determine which teams/persons will need to be involved during the project life cycle.
Management methodologies such as DACI and best practices Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity working within a production support environment using an issue tracking application.
Responsibilities/tasks to be executed according to the final role: Manage day-to-day project development from initiation to completion.
Organize projects in logical, cost effective, and measurable steps.
Track and report project progress on a consistent and accurate basis.
Integrate company standards and policies with project requirements.
Recommend solutions, implementation, and deployment within project life-cycle, as necessary.
May provide training following project deployment.
