Manage projects for the Investor Relations team.
Track and ensure quality deliverables
- Manage multiple workstreams.
- Conduct meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and communicate to the Head of Investor Relations.
- Assist with management reporting and team administration, including procurement and sourcing requests, detailed monthly project reporting and tracking (including expenses), and management of the Investor Relations SharePoint site.
- Manage the IR mailbox, Investor-related slack channels, and IR calendar (for scheduling meetings and travel).
- Facilitate support for the Associate Financial Analyst with data entry and management in Ipreo such as, obtaining investor profile reports, creating contact lists, recording meeting and event activities, adding / removing, and reporting new contacts or institutions, updating meeting notes and processing fund descriptions for investor calls.
- Liaise with various groups to ensure timely completion of projects and ensure adherence to requirements and processes.
- Document policies and procedures.
- Ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and special projects as needed.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Project Manager capacity
- Project management skills
- Strong Team player with ability to work independently
- Client orientation with good communication skills - oral and written
- Self-starter and results oriented
- Analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Moody's is a plus
