The project manager for migrations and operations is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of shared service center projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
The projects are specifically related to the migration and / or improvement of new processes into the Costa Rica Shared Service Center.
The PM is responsible for the successful implementation of the migrations, under specific timeliness ensuring a high degree of quality, through the use of industry best practices regarding knowledge transfer and training planning and execution
This position reports to Sr. Director Operations & Site Leader

**You Will**:
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Develop full scale project plans
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables
- Risk Management planning and control
- Track project execution delivery against KPI's and reports key variances, risks and issues
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
Brings all cross functional teams together
- Interact with functional leaders to ensure ongoing communication and alignment
**You Have**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (preferably in Business, Engineering or Project Management)
- ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 certifications (preferred)
- Hands on experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management, Scrum Master and/or other Agile framework
- Experience in process Transitions (2 years)
- Experience of running multiple large and small scale projects, across different regions/countries as well as globally in a virtual setting
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong command of English skills (C1+ level)
