Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering projects within specified timelines and budget constraints. This position requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).
- 4+ years of experience in a Technical Project Management role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- PMP, Scrum Master or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Driver's license.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
- Possess a deep understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Foster open communication channels within the team and across departments.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address client concerns.
