Immense initiative -- you're always thinking about what can be done next- Excellent analytical skills- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline- Strong grasp of the English language: written and verbal communicationCore responsibilities:- Determine and define the scope of video post-production projects and their objectives.- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.- Assemble and manage a post-production team for each project.- Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables with the team.- Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and track costs to keep within the project budget.- Maintain extremely high customer satisfaction by managing communication with clients and providing them updates daily about project progress, adjustments, and resources.- Maximize efficiency by measuring project and team performance to identify areas for improvement.- Identify and communicate problems and look for creative solutions.- Help manage and oversee other relevant internal projects.- Help grow our team with other A-players.- Help develop a learning platform for filmmakers.Monday - Friday10 AM - 6 PM (PT Time Zone)
