Job Summary:

- Manage project documentation across Division and collaborate with stakeholders on developing project requirements around scope, schedules, risks, issues, changes, dependencies.
Identifies business goals and the required measurable success and Governance to accomplish the goals.
- Effectively develops project governance and reporting structure.
Communicates risk clearly and ensures project(s) follow change management processes.
Responsible for documenting, collating requirements and project documentation from assigned owners.
Manages project documentation across projects.
- Work with business owners to develop and provide project documentation.
Provides information to management and project stakeholders by assembling and summarizing data.
**Coordinate Projects**
- Is responsible for managing a single project or small to medium scale projects, to achieve strategic objectives, often involving multiple internal stakeholders and teams in a matrix environment.
- Within the projects, orchestrates initiatives, manages project risks and provide a centralized visibility across the portfolio.
- Direct and manage the project lifecycle documentation through defined project management processes.
- Responsible for collaborating with SME on project scope and requirements, project schedule, project communication plan, project change management plan.
Acts as the SME primary point of contact for the project documentation.
Leads project documenting action items and tracking follow up and/or risks.
- Ensure stakeholders provide necessary information to make sound decisions and trade-offs between scope, cost, and schedule.
Manages project reporting and transparency of project status for schedule, and risks.
- Assesses human capital resources to meet project deliverables.
- Serves as a first point of escalation for program/ project initiatives and deliverables.
Skills and Experience:
**Required Education, Certifications And Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
- Familiarity with different project management methodologies i.e.
waterfall, hybrid and agile
- Knowledge and use of Project Management tools and change management techniques.
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills
- Developed communications skills, ability to effectively present information
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently, attention to detail and very strong customer service orientation.
**Preferred Education, Certifications And Experience**
- PMP Certification (or comparable equivalent)
- Agile - CSM, SAFe
