**About the role**:
As a Technology Productivity & Quality Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
**A day in this role**:
- Lead multiple teams in implementing productivity and quality projects focused on software development continuous improvement leveraging data from an Engineering Productivity & Quality measurement tool
- Support the roll out of the Engineering Productivity & Quality diagnostic tool
- Overall coordination of the project roll out on-scope, on-time, and on-budget
- Overall coordination of business unit reviews per the set cadence
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on-time
- Support program team as needed
- Produce regular status reports and maintain RAID logs
- Roll-out technology solution to all Business Units
- Establish operating rhythm to progress action plans for all programs/projects
- Report productivity and quality improvement results (actuals vs. targets
- Executive reporting
- Risk management

- Project/Program management
**The expertise requested**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field
- PMP, Agile, Scrum Master Certifications
- 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager for large scale technology implementation projects
- Solid understanding about the Agile software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Bitbucket, GitHub, or equivalent source code repository platform and CI/CD
- Program/Project Management
- Productivity and Collaboration tools: Office 365, Slack
- Deals well with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
- Comfortable performing requirements analysis, and documenting solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Inquisitive
- Willingness to professionally present to peers and leadership on a regular basis
- Verbal and written English communication skills
- Energetic team player who readily adapts to change and enjoys rapid development with mínimal supervision
- Confident of your skills, abilities and willing to share what you know, while learning from others
