**Position Summary**:
The Project Manager is responsible for providing cross-functional project management support for Shared Services, specifically around projects related to transitions, business process improvement, cost reduction, and gaining efficiencies. Most projects are tied directly to key strategic initiatives of the organization. The Project Manager is expected to establish cross-functional teams to ensure all necessary business functions are represented for each project, and effectively implement change management techniques to mitigate risks.
**Responsibilities**:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following (* indicates essential function):
- Design and manage projects from proposal to closeout.
- Meet with key stakeholders to understand business and customer requirements (Utilize Kano analysis: dissatisfiers, satisfiers, delighters) and appropriately document them.
- Define timeline, resources, budget, and technical risks, including formal documentation of risks using a FMEA, or other risk analysis tools.
- Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each project team member, team lead, sponsor, and other stakeholders, providing regular feedback to functional managers on performance
- Create charters and project plans with mínimal guidance.
- Execute cross-functional projects using Gantt charts and detailed work breakdown structures that align to business objectives, leading to improved process flow, quality, and/or cost savings.
- Deploy departmental stakeholder management plans on projects.
- Develop & generate reports to analyze the key process metrics and project status, and manage the PM magic triangle (cost, time, and scope)
- Ensures logístical and tactical targets are assigned, coordinated, and completed within timelines, especially via effective team meetings and group facilitation activities.
- Conducts reviews on and recommends actions to resolve stalled or overdue project targets.
- Reports on milestones, changes, and other key aspects of all ongoing projects
- Conducts research, collects, and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents.
- Report out to key leadership/project sponsors on project progress, escalations, and results.
- Connect with their manager on priorities, as other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested as necessary.
- Plan and execution migrations processes across Shared Services.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or another related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Lean/Project Management roles
- PMP/Agile Certification
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Shared Services with exposure in multiple areas of operations/functions such as Call Center, Finance, Procurement, HR, IT etc.
- Fluent in English
