Job Description Summary : The Project Management team offers leadership and follow-up to all digital production activities within our projects, offering our internal clients (agencies) high-quality units (emails, banners, interactive panels, interactive presentations, websites, apps, and designs) for most of the top brands in the pharmaceutical industry (often for other industries as well).Job Description :What the candidate will do:As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing activities related to end-to-end project management that ensure a successful delivery (within time and budget, with the quality expected). Those duties include requirement review, planning, estimating, resource allocation, oversight of development and quality assurance tasks, and risk management.Job Responsibilities:Execution Excellence: Ensure the delivery of exceptional work within set timelines and budget constraints, surpassing project requirements. Oversee the complete project lifecycle, identifying interdependencies and managing delays effectively.Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and push teams to achieve excellence. Develop and coordinate cross-functional teams across various locations, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Enhance productivity by effectively managing staff resources and optimizing team performance.Process Management: Establish and maintain effective project communication channels and processes. Utilize existing tools and methodologies to monitor team progress and performance.Collaboration: Collaborate with project and program stakeholders to ensure adequate resource allocation for project delivery.Financial Management: Take ownership of project estimation, planning, and profitability. Develop comprehensive project plans and collaborate with delivery leads to strategize resource allocation and project scope. Work closely with finance and account teams to ensure financial objectives are met. Assist the Director of Project Management in portfolio-wide resource planning and support project managers in aligning resources with project scope.Minimum qualifications:2+ years in successful project management working for different locations and clientsExperience managing resources and coordinating timelines, allocations, forecasts, and deliverablesKnowledge of web development environments/processes/toolsExperienced in smartsheetExperience managing digital/print/social/ppt projects (ex: leave behind, website, email, Facebook post) from start to finish (ex: brief reviews, timeline & estimate creations, PRB submissions, mech builds, staging reviews, etc...)B2-equivalent English skills or higherPreferred qualifications:Experience in digital marketingProgramming or digital design backgroundProject Management or Scrum Master certificationKnowledge of the digital production environment and toolsExperience in marketing or pharmaContract Type :Permanent
