Responsibilities Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization). Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing a project on time and to budget. May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects). On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables. Policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less). Master's degree desirable 3 - 5 years experience of program or project management Experience in leading large, cross functional projects Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Demonstrated knowledge of Program Management lifecycle, and skilled at project management tools Experience with Lean methodologies, leading process improvement projects Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Smartsheet experience is required Advanced English.
