ACERCA DE LA VACANTEFunciones del PuestoResponsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously across all Viant functional groups, supporting, coaching manufacturing core sub-team members and functional leaders through issues associated with implementing and sustaining the change management effort required to successfully implement new projects, customers and products; creating processes and communications that will track all activities, commitments and metrics; provide critical influence in ensuring that projects and products are implemented that meet the firm's cost, yield, quality, supply -chain and product release/support goals; and special projects/assistance for Viant leadership as needed.Requisitos del Puesto- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or any other Engineering related field (i.e. accounting, finance, IT).- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles- Experience within the Medical Manufacturing field.- Experience or training in Value Stream Mapping- Knowledge on ISO 13485 and CFR 820 CGMPs- Experience in interpreting financial measurements, including variance analysisExperiência Deseada- 5-7 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.- Project management experienceHabilidades Deseadas- Understanding of Lean Principles and terminology- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills- Strategic visioning- Drive to achieve- Personal integrity - earning the respect of others- Bilingual English-SpanishOTROS DETALLESArea del PuestoProyectosUbicación del PuestoBarreal de Heredia, Heredia, Costa RicaNível AcadémicoBachillerato UniversitarioNível de CómputoOffice Profesional**Idiomas**:Inglés: 70%
