You will be working in the Institutional Client Group (ICG) business, as part of the Information Services Group (ISG) technology organization, for one or more workstreams within the Wholesale Lending Credit Risk (WLCR) initiative.
You will work on cross-functional project delivery across a number of priority transformational technology builds for lending and credit production functions, engaging with stakeholders in business, operations and technology.
Additionally, you will be engaged in enterprise data governance activities and regulatory reporting aspects of WLCR.
In this role, you will work as a Project Manager alongside our Cross-Functional Business Analysis and PMO teams.
You will take charge of multiple Projects and liaise with Product, Operations, Technology and Enterprise CDO teams across a wide range of technologies, systems and processes in support of our clients.
You will drive key decisions across a range of regulatory engagements and keep track of your projects, ensuring key stakeholders are updated throughout and maintaining accurate governance, documentation and reporting.
The role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of multiple systems, and practices related to the Credit Risk and syndicated loans function.
In-depth knowledge of the industry and direct competitors' products/services is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business.
S/He will help develop and manage medium to long term plans and execute functional strategies for complex regional and country structures requiring coordination and integration across units.
S/He will provide input into strategic decisions affecting the various function within a region or business.
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
- Owns creation, maintenance and tracking of project plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
- Ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment.
- Ensures change control is executed throughout project.
- Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies
- Measures project management performance against standards.
- Establishes project communication needs and creates project communication plan.
- Creates and manages the project risk management plan.
Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
- Applies disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.

- Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts.
- Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
- Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning.

- Experience in Data Analysis, Data Governance or Wholesale Lending domain preferred.
**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in strategy development and execution related with reg projects
- Strong business domain knowledge across Credit Risk/Commercial lending products including reference data across various financial products
- Experience with senior engagement management roles and program execution
