**Project Leader Infraestructure (On Site)****San José, Costa Rica**SGF Global is looking for a Project Leader Infraestructure, for Food & Beverage enterprise in San José, Costa Rica.**Position Overview**:This position is part of the Company's Engineering and Architecture team. The incumbent acts as an Engineer and will act as technical leader, architect, and engineer within our environment and projects. Focus for this position will be SCCM and anti-virus solution.**Requirements**:- Computer Systems Engineer bachelor's degree.- Advanced Windows Administrator.- Knowledge in bash, batch, VBScript, Powershell and other scripting languages.- Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish (desired) and Portuguese (desired).- 4+ years of experience as SCCM Administrator for a multinational company- 4+ years of experience as Microsoft Windows Server Operating System Administrator for a multinational company- 4+ years of experience as anti-virus Administrator for a multinational company- 4+ years of experience working with Domain Controllers, DHCP & DNS configurations for a multinational company- Full time (8h)- 100% Support of infrastructure.- Available on call 24/7.- Ability to work in a multi-cultural/international environment with distributed team members.- Availability to travel.- Leadership, execution, communication, innovation and development.- Project Management skills.- Self organization skills.- Capacity to analyze priorities in conflict.- Ability to analyze and solve problems.- Communication skills (oral and written).- Team player.**Job responsibilities**:Technical lead on the following technologies:- SCCM Administrator- Create and maintain images for Windows 7, 10, 11.- Distribute monthly OS patches to workstations and servers.- Evaluate SCCM metrics and proactively identify any significant software or network failures.- Troubleshoot service issues including outages, anomalous behavior, and slow response class of problems.- Interact with backup team to keep a consistence environment backup.- Keep an up to date hardware and software inventory.- Carbon Black Administrator- Maintain an up to date Carbon Black client on all workstations and servers (Windows, Mac and Linux).- Constant review of alerts and remediate issues on all workstations and servers.- Work with all different teams to isolate any compromise equipment and remediate as soon as possible.- Work with Carbon Black on any urgent security recommendations.
