**Project Leader**
**Hybrid Position in Heredia CR, 6 Months contract with extenssion possibilities (Mondays to Fridays 7:00 am to 4:00 pm)**
Manages the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of Information Technology ' project work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements.
Develops and executes project management plans that incorporate the following components: time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, procurement, and integration.
Project Leaders are responsible for the delivery of consistently successful, individual project outcomes.
Program Leaders are responsible for understanding and successfully managing the interdependencies between multiple related and unrelated projects whose coordinated delivery is required to achieve higher organizational objectives
**Tasks**:
- Professionals who lead projects are responsible for the delivery of individual
- Responsible for understanding and managing the inter-dependencies between multiple, related and unrelated IT projects.
- Establishes and implements program or project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in adherence with service level agreements.
- Translates project requirements into project tasks and task requirements.
- Identifies and allocates project team resources.
- Develops detailed project schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and or resource allocation as necessary.
- Communicates major project milestones.
- Manages the most complex, strategically important projects; develops program and project management methodologies and standards.
- Provide functional guidance, advice and or training to less experienced project management professionals.
**Skill & Qualifications**:
- Experienced Professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field.
Knowledge of the incumbent area is desired.
- Requires BS/BA in related discipline and 2-3 years of experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 1-3 years of experience in related field.
- Professional certification in area of expertise is desirable
- State-of-the-art knowledge of technologies, processes, and practices
- Experience in Customer Sevice and Human Resources

**Salary**: ¢1,650,000.00 - ¢1,950,000.00 per month
