The Opportunity This position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division that provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.What You'll Do Manages the project throughout the project lifecycle from the initiation until the closing phase across multiple locationsManages multiple, often concurrent projects making decisions regarding priorities and meets expectationsImplements common project management tools, methodologies and contributes to the development of project management best practices.Leads development of Project Charter and documents the initial requirements that satisfy the stakeholder's needs and expectations.Establishes engineering project objectives and technical criteria for evaluating project results and activities of the project team.Uses established PM tools and techniques (FEP, Cash Flow Projections, Scope / Schedule Control, etc.)
to stay within authorized budget limits and achieve the overall project and organizational objectives.Performs tasks, such as writing Requests for Capital Expenditures (RCEs), safety / quality checklists, scope documents, etc.Monitors and controls project work and risks to meet the performance objectives defined in the project plan.Reviews change requests, manages and approves changes to the deliverables, organizational process assets, project documents, and the project plan.Mentors others by sharing knowledge and expertise and providing feedback and guidance.Assists in the development and execution of validation protocols.Shift: Admin (Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)On-Site positionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field4 years of related experienceAdvanced commands of EnglishDemonstrated competency with project accounting experience.Understanding and management of procurement & contracting processes
