**_What Engineering Program/Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.
Program/Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs.
May manage project and/or program managers within assigned program and/or project.
Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
**_Qualifications_**
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
- Advanced English language technical writing and verbal communication.
**Responsibilities**
- Comply with statutory responsibility under the national or federal regulations such as taking reasonable care of his or her own safety, health and welfare and of any other persons who may be affected by his or her acts or omissions at work
- Follow established EHS procedures and policies
- Encourage coworkers to follow EHS procedures
- Participate in employee engagement activities such as EHS inspections and EHS meetings
- Report EHS incidents and hazards, assist in root cause analysis as appropriate, and cooperate in finding solutions or implementing improvement
- Complete required EHS training
