The client's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team manages the corporate office portfolio and aims to provide a safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment to accommodate growth and enable Amazon employees to innovate and delight customers.
The GREF's Global Project Management Office (PMO) drives and supports consistency and scalability for delivery of GREF projects, processes, and documentation across all regions.
The EMEA GREF Project Coordinator will be part of the EMEA GREF PMO team, collaborating closely with GREF Project Managers to support them in managing and delivering projects of all sizes, within country, region or globally, which support GREF in constantly raising the bar for customers.
The Project Coordinator will perform a wide range of supporting and administrative activities aimed at ensuring timely and accurate delivery of GREF projects managed by GREF Project Managers, and growing to manage small-to-medium size projects under Project Manager's supervision.Scope of role and responsibilities Assist GREF Project Managers with coordinating various project-related administrative tasks.
Drive delivery of projects or project elements under the supervision of Project Managers.
Ensure project continuity during project peeks and during Project Managers' absence.
Liaise with project stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
Assist GREF Project Managers with the creation of key documentation aligned to the used Toolkit and GREF Standards.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Analyze documents and data as required within the scope of projects.
Make sure that project stakeholders and customers' needs are met as projects evolve.
Analyze risks and opportunities and flag those proactively to Project Managers.
Monitor project progress.
Record, monitor and escalate any issues where required.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work with the GREF Project Manager to eliminate blockers and agree with Project Manager on a course of action to move forward.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Prepare regular reporting on project status, calling out critical milestones, risks with impact and mitigations, bottlenecks and blockers with path to green.
