**Location**:Cartago, Costa Rica, CR**Job Family**: Quality Assurance**Country/Region**: Costa RicaWe are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage quality related projects for our lifecycle management products (SVS - Supply Value Stream), and to support upcoming transfer of production to Costa RicaYou will report to Head of Quality, Coloplast Costa Rica Volume Manufacturing site, Cartago.Tasks & responsibilitiesThe role of SVS Project Coordinator is to ensure completion of projects according to scope, plan, budget and relevant instructionsPrepare, support and perform screening tests, validations in regards to SVS projectsResponsible in managing projects within categoriesMaterial and design change on existing productOptimization or trouble shooting due to high scrap, critical production errors and high complaint levels resulting from raw materialsCost reduction projects due to economic reasons or to mitigate risk at current supplier second source projectsLocal related projects requested by ManagementManaging project with a global mindset and with holistic thinking - respect to the cultural differences and local production set upCollect and supply data to status reports and KPIsContribute to general competence development and knowledge sharing in the departmentParticipate in development and maintenance of procedures and instructions relevant to the position**Qualifications**:Bachelor degree in Engineering or relatedMinimum 4 years experience in related positionsFluent English skills (both verbal and written) minimum B2+Able to travel approximately 20-25 days yearlyKnowledge of Excel, Word, Notes, Power Point, etcKnowledge of MS Project advanceAs a person, you are ambitious, structured, and result oriented with a holistic bussines mindset. You have great communication - and coordinating skills, and able to handle stressful situations. You are a team player who focus on good cooperation with colleagues for better deliverances.
