**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain Projects in Clarity and Oracle.
- Information extraction (running reports) from Oracle and Clarity.
- Entering purchase requisitions into the Oracle purchasing system.
- Project Invoicing.
- Cost controlling of daily transactions.
- Document control or supervision of document control related with projects.
- Reporting and Workbooks.
- Provide - on a regular basis - resource level information to the local Resource Manager(s) on resource planning.
Ensure that the resource allocation plan is kept up to date.
- To provide basic planning support for multi-projects and develop schedules using information gathered from all levels of the Business.
- Uncovering industry best practices in project administration and or project planning controls in project administration and project planning controls improvements within the industry center
- Using Emerson Global Project Management Office processes (ensure our practices are within PMO guidelines)

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a Project Administration, Project Planning role or Business Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related studies and experience.
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience in MS Project.
- Proven experience in automation and processes standardization, data analysis, KPI's/ dashboards creation, and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Power Bi or equivalent data visualization solutions.
- Must have excellent oral and written English skills, B2 as minimum.
- Must have excellent people skills due to interfacing with all levels of associates.
- Experience with Oracle Business System, Clarity, MS Project, or any other similar Software.
- CAPM Certification is a plus.
- Experience in Primavera is a plus.
- Experience in S&OP processes is a plus.
