**Job Title: Construction Project Assistant**

The Construction Project Assistant is responsible for deadline & budget management. This role is a crucial position to our team, with a primary focus on diligently overseeing project timelines, deadlines, and budgets.

We require the assistant to provide exceptional follow-up skills to drive daily progress, ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining strict budgetary control. As a Construction Project Assistant, you will collaborate closely with project managers and teams, utilizing your adept organizational abilities to track and optimize project timelines.

Your meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach will be instrumental in keeping projects on track, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and teams to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and expenses.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and project planning.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized construction site environment.
- Provide administrative support to project managers as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a construction-related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.

**Contract Details**:

- Duration: At least 3 months and can be extended depending on performance
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Compensation: $800 - $1,400 USD/month
- Location: Escazu

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ¢420,000.00 - ¢740,000.00 per month
