**Areas of Accountability**

This position will support the requirements that Business Locations needs related with Project Cost Controlling in a multi-disciplined organization.
It is in Costa Rica Engineer Center.
This role reports functionally to: Operation Manager, Project Manager, Project Support Supervisor/Lead, Local Project controller or Local Finance Lead.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Information extraction (running reports) from Oracle and Clarity
- Project Invoicing
- Project Revenue Recognition
- Cost controlling of daily transactions
- Deal with the process of Customer Purchase Orders receiving
- Project Closing in Oracle
- Document control or supervision of document control related with projects
- Reporting and Workbooks
- Provide - on a regular basis - resource level information to the local Resource Manager(s) on resource planning.
Ensure that the resource allocation plan is kept up-to-date
- To provide basic planning support for multi-projects and develop schedules using information gathered from all levels of the business
- Uncovering industry best practices in project administration and or project planning controls
- Participating in project administration and project planning controls improvements within the industry center
- Using Emerson Global Project Management Office processes (ensure our practices are within PMO guidelines)

**Interactions**

Multi Business Americas and other world areas including Executive Management, Internal and external Customers.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any related field from an accredited institution
- Portuguese intermediate level is required
- Experience working with complex data sets in data warehouse environments
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally & in writing, with all levels of Management
- Passion for operational excellence with a commitment to delighting customer
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
(Access and SharePoint will be a plus).
- Must have excellent people skills due to interfacing with all levels of associates
- Experience with Oracle Business System, Clarity, MS Project or any other similar Software
