- The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for implementing and managing a diverse portfolio of programs and projects for the benefit of all BU/COE supported by the GBS and its resident units as well as global shared services capabilities.
The role leverages strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute the technical demand that drives business results, optimization, and scalability through leading cross-functional teams, RPA/AI/ML, Data Analytics, and PE/PI programs.
This role thrives on previous experience to analyze business needs and collaborate with business partners and delivery teams to recommend and drive cross-functional growth initiatives across the GBS and the BU/COEs.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage strategic technical/expertise and support execution of selected key projects to ensure on-time completion according to project scope, budget, and quality criteria.
Successful delivery of projects will require the development of the program manager strategy, project plan, and key planning artifacts for all assigned programs and projects.
- Build a strategic portfolio and lead the pipeline management process considering all the critical technical capabilities offered by the Global Business Services organization.
- Collaborate with multiple levels of business stakeholders across functional areas to define business needs and desired business processes, including process owners, managers, and end users to ultimately deliver solutions including world-class automation and data insights capabilities.
- Manage all aspects of various Shared Services technical capabilities (RPA, Doc AI, ML, DnA, Foundations Support) of a complex nature and/or large-size initiatives.
- Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop a schedule to ensure timely completion of concurrently running projects.
- Identify critical capabilities, project resources, budgets, and critical path issues and report to project sponsors/project team.
Ensure project activities and timelines as well as budgets are met.
Drive remediation discussions for any identified risks.
- Ensures that capabilities are delivered to satisfy the original business objectives and requirements and participates in the development efforts to help drive the adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with delivery managers, developers, and project managers to facilitate efficient governance of these projects, assuring project execution activities include agile sprint planning, project status updates, and stakeholder communications, management of dependencies, mitigation of risks, and resolution of issues, with escalation as appropriate.
- Leverage project management methodology and expertise for project planning, resource management, system/technology/validation, testing, and implementation planning.
- Liaise with project sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure the project is completed and meets business requirements.
- Execute fit-gap skill analysis and support capability building programs/projects by working with functional teams and external vendors to develop new partnerships, processes, and capabilities that add value to the BU/COE supported by the Global Business Services organization

**What experience you need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience as a Program Manager
- 5+ years of specific RPA/Automation/Technology and/or going transformation
- 7+ years experience with business analysis and business process improvement, preferably in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment
- 3+ years of experience using Agile tools and artifacts
- English proficiency B2 or above
