**Digital Solutions Program Coordinator**:
Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities, including pre-sale and post-sale activities and milestones.
**Essential Functions**:
- **Ensure implementation of policies and practices.**:
- Monitor and keep up to date with customer and Digital Solutions standards, tools, product release and features, and organization and stakeholders.
- Support pricing and equipment, customer approvals and purchase orders.
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
- Keep all members of the team up to date with relevant project information
- Communicate with different team members including designers, engineers and global resources to ensure maximum efficiency
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda but also provides progress updates to the team and to customer (using internal and external databases)
- Prepare paper work and order material
- Keep updated records, submit and create reports or proposals
- Identification of Opportunities, stakeholders and its related information, and support the tasks required for proper completion, routing, processing, feedback gathering, close out, quality assurance, among others
**What we look for**:
**Required**:
- Associates or bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years sales / project coordinating experience required Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with internal organization and customer representatives. Possess high level of computer literacy.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
**Preferred**:
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and SalesForce CRM
- Experience in PowerBi
- Knowledge in HVAC Systems (Heating, Cooling, Air Handling, and Controls) and cloud computing
