- Tracking Corporate trainings - Stds Business Conduct, Global Trade, Records management completion
- Roster File Report Generation
- Head count and Internal Org Charts Update based on latest roster.
- Monthly Accomplishments Consolidation
- Monthly Generation of "Actions that Matter" newsletter - Recognition.
- Service Anniversary Reminder for Managers
- All Employee Meeting Coordination
- Quarterly Business Review Meeting Coordination
- Driving managers across sites - BCP drills for key/core sites
- Driving managers to prepare for Quality Management Audits
- Quarterly Deck Package consolidation
- Quarterly Retrospective Slide
- Global Operations Hall of Fame Recognition - driving the nomination process every quarter
- Vacations Tracker
- Weekly Presentation Package on Global Programs
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Advanced English leve (B2+ / C1)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel level.
- Good presentations skills.
- Great enthusiasm and energy to drive required deliverables for the team.
- Very Ordered person.
