Program Coordinator

**Digital Solutions Program Coordinator**:Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities, including pre-sale and post-sale activities and milestones.**Essential Functions**:- **Ensure implementation of policies and practices.**:- Monitor and keep up to date with customer and Digital Solutions standards, tools, product release and features, and organization and stakeholders.- Support pricing and equipment, customer approvals and purchase orders.- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties- Keep all members of the team up to date with relevant project information- Communicate with different team members including designers, engineers and global resources to ensure maximum efficiency- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda but also provides progress updates to the team and to customer (using internal and external databases)- Prepare paper work and order material- Keep updated records, submit and create reports or proposals- Identification of Opportunities, stakeholders and its related information, and support the tasks required for proper completion, routing, processing, feedback gathering, close out, quality assurance, among others**What we look for**:**Required**:- Associates or bachelor's degree- 1-2 years sales / project coordinating experience required Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills.- Ability to effectively interact with internal organization and customer representatives. Possess high level of computer literacy.- Proficiency in MS Office suite.**Preferred**:- Proficiency in Smartsheet and SalesForce CRM- Experience in PowerBi- Knowledge in HVAC Systems (Heating, Cooling, Air Handling, and Controls) and cloud computing
