Professional, Technical Quality Assurance

The Professional Services (PS) team is responsible for the delivery of mobile and online banking solutions to our clients.
Delivery includes pre-sales support, gap analysis, project management, branding, development of enhancements and extension, localisation, integration, quality assurance, and deployment.
This position plays a core role in the software development process.
The purpose of this position is to ensure all automation needs for projects are met and Digital Channels Solutions released software reaches the high quality standard required by the company.
You will be required to respond to occasional requests for additional off-hour work in the event of an emergency client incident or critical business need.
**Technical Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- 1+ years experience in software testing.
- 1+ years experience in testing or working with web services (WCF preferred), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML.
- Minimum 1 years experience in Test Automation (Selenium WebDriver preferred).
- 1+ year development experience in C# or Java.
- 1+ year of mentoring or coaching of QA or Developer professionals.
- An understanding of software development and QA in an agile SDLC, and exposure to continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Sciences, and/or relevant equivalent work experience.
