**Job Title**Professional, Technical Project Management**Job Purpose****What does a great Technical Project Management do?****As a Technical Project Management, you can look forward to**:Perform administrative duties in support of an app market environment including tasks associated with onboarding companies, entering company information into related systems of record, tasks related to product purchases, and associated processes. Responsibilities also include organizing and analyzing data in the creation of and support for reports and dashboards. Performing additional, related tasks in support of the app market environment and related processes.Deliver professional and timely client/internal communications regarding current implementation/support cases.- You will thoroughly prioritize and detail all product and support related activities. You will develop and maintain a full grasp of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and standard methodologies.- Discuss technical issues with business analysts and developers.- **Basic qualifications for consideration**:- 5 years experience with client implementations / services, project management or product management with internal and/or external clients.- Bachelor Degree on Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.- Solid Project Management skills and a technical capability. Analytical skills to assess client business need, identify solutions, and handle requirements.- Good communication skills for reporting to team members and management- Detail oriented with excellent multitasking skills.The travel requirements will be mínimal (less than 5%). However, there may be business needs for travel (to client locations and other Fiserv locations) and hence some flexibility is expected.**Preferred qualifications for consideration**:- Knowledge of business methods and practices in the financial services (Fintech) industry is highly desirable.- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.- Flexible and adaptable workstyle, able to work independently, but also as part of a team.- Strong self-motivation with excellent time leadership skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects to meet deliverables by expected due date.- Analytical skills to assess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirements.- Manage priorities within and across projects based on a faced paced culture while continuing to focus on quality deliverables.
