In this role you will serve as the Professional Services Sourcing and Contracts Manager supporting Global Professional Services Category Teams in development and implementation of category strategies, delivering sourcing projects, contracts and supplier initiatives, within the Professional Services Categories.What will you be doing?Providing Procurement Category input into the Global Professional Services Category ManagersYou will be accountable for the delivery of specific elements of the Professional Services Categories targetsYou will be responsible for the collection of suppliers, supply market, category and internal business data and information for elements of the Professional Services CategoriesYou will be responsible for the communication of distribution of selected Category specific strategies to the relevant stakeholders as defined by the Global Category Professional Services ManagersLeading and supporting sourcing and contracting activity for the Global Professional Services Category ManagersFor internal candidates only: (P3 level)What will you need to be successful? Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in fields such as business administration, finance or law field. Preference for CIPS or similar professional qualification.Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sourcing and contracting environment.Demonstrable achievement of the annual Category savings targets, increased spend under management (influence), support & delivery of the S+N innovation agendaThe ability to manage supplier relationships pro-actively, with procurement leading, by identifying, mitigating, and managing critical category risks.You.
