**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute projects to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to scope and budget.
- Navigate complex organizations of large enterprises to build consensus and execute programs despite ambiguous risks and challenges.
- Maintain project governance with internal and customer stakeholders, managing day-to-day planning, execution, scope, expectations, risks, timelines, and quality results.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delbridge's engagement and project delivery methodologies.
- Lead project meetings, owning the agenda and outcomes.
- Manage scope, change controls, customer expectations, and timelines.
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- University degree or relevant work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience with enterprise-scale software solutions or consulting services delivery.
- Proven leadership skills in complex, transformative projects, with responsibility for leading project teams and delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
- Ability to create plans and priorities for both project delivery and customer resources.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of affecting change through engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Certification or experience with PMI PMBOK or Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile framework and related practices.
