**Job Description**:
At Experian Data Quality (EDQ), we believe in a competitive, team-oriented environment that requires the full investment and engagement of every team member.

Professional Services (PS) Consultants are a crucial part of the EDQ team, as they spearhead custom implementations of our market-leading data integrity software.
- Providing consultancy and mentoring to clients on how to best to use EDQ products to meet their business requirements
- Working alongside a project manager to drive client implementations from inception to completion, while ensuring projects are delivered to scope, in budget, and on time
- Accurately tracking time and documenting and communicating project progress in a timely manner
- Creating and maintaining client technical documentation
- Maintaining and improving existing internal knowledgebases
- Partnering with Sales and Sales Engineering to ensure statements of work detail clear and attainable objectives
- Assisting in Technical Support escalations, as needed
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class client experience and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement to the business
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of two years of technical client-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-Side Web Languages: HTML, CSS, JS
- Server-Side Languages: C#.NET, Java
- Databases: Microsoft SQL
- Web Services: SOAP/XML, REST/JSON
- Data Storage Methods: Flat files (.csv, pipe delimited)
