**Essential Job Functions**:
- Monitors project schedules and availability of resources to identify upcoming staffing needs and job requirements.
As assigned, identifies resources to assist in matching internally available workforce to current demand for staffing client projects.
- Develops understanding of resourcing policies and procedures to ensure that applicable business unit, divisional, corporate and legal requirements are met.
- As assigned, assists in identifying individual skills to guide appropriate job placement decisions.
Works with senior resourcing staff and employees in matching individual's skills with the organization's staffing needs.
- Assists in preparing and analyzing relevant metrics for standard reports required by contract, program and company directives.
Maintains records to ensure adequate documentation of transactions.
- Attends intra
- and inter-departmental and business unit staffing meetings to understand and facilitate the routine assignment of the workforce across the company.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, liberal arts or related field preferred
- Two or more years of human resources, staffing, or business operations experience
- Experience with human resources principles, practices and procedures
- Experience with staffing principles, practices and procedures
