Productivity Leader (Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Certification Required)
This position requires flexible work hours and travel and will have dotted line reporting line relationship to the Regional Head of Productivity.
The Productivity leader will be expected to successfully:
- Deploy/expand Lean Six Sigma within business unit. Grow belt deployment to: 30% / 10% / 1% respectively for yellow, green and black belts over a two-year period.
- Conduct training and provide coaching to belts in achieving certifications
- Perform assessments/discoveries utilizing analytical skills to find Lean Six Sigma opportunities
- Perform sound analytical studies in a less than perfect environment to achieve expectations
- Develop, manage and lead continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives
- Execute on Rapid Improvement events
- Identify and execute projects to advance businesses strategic goals and objectives as an individual contributor or teammate
- Introduce and sustain change across multiple cultures
- Develop and deploy internal controls and organizational metrics dashboards per regulations and/or business needs
- Design, improve and integrate Internal Process Plans for heavily regulated environments
- Design and present business requirements based on process knowledge for technology implementations
- Integrate process solutions across multiple business functions
- Support smart automation deployments and Agile process improvements
- Responsible for reporting on program status and metrics and active engagement with the Regional and Global Productivity teams and program enhancement activities
**Qualifications**:
**Education/Certification**:
- Engineering or Related Bachelor's Degree required
- LSS Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt and/or similar Lean Certifications from reputable program.
**Experience**
- Minimum of 6+ years in consulting and/or service industries
- Minimum 4+ years as a full-time BB and/with hands-on Lean expertise
- Participated in Enterprise level deployment
- Participated in and/or led at least 25 projects at GB/BB level
- Training, coaching, and scaling of LSS programs
- Background in technology/data industry strongly preferred
**Proficiencies**
- Demonstrated mastery of Operational Lean and Six Sigma tools and Lean concepts
- Advanced data analytics tools beyond basic Six Sigma tools (e.g. Minitab)
- Proficient in executive presentation, training, and coaching
- Technology savvy and experienced in improving software development, delivery, and support process improvement
- Experience in RPA/smart automation tools deployment and scaling
- Development of metrics and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
