The Production Planning Team (PPT) is looking for leaders to deliver the future of labor planning for our North America Customer Fulfillment Network (NACF).

This is a high visibility role responsible for pioneering Amazon's Centralized Labor Planning process with the Planning & Execution (PLEX) organization.
This is not a virtual position.
Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, if selected for this role, all necessary equipment will be provided for you to work from home.
However, once our company allows it and gives clearance, you will be required to continue working from our SJO16 building, located in the America Free Zone (AFZ), Cariari, Heredia.

Key job responsibilities
- Working with FC and regional leadership teams to complete weekly capacity plans.
Your work will guide FCs through capacity planning decisions and staffing solutions for thousands of associates.
- Build the foundation and implement an innovative model for centralized labor planning across NACF.
- Deliver action plans for senior managers and directors, while being a trusted partner to these network leaders.
- Leverage central teams (i.e.
S&OP, Central Flow, Process Engineering) to drive process and operations execution improvements.
- Use data and bias for action to work through ambiguity and deliver results.
- Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects to think big and innovate on behalf of our customer.
- University bachelor's degree completed.
- Work experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e.
SQL, QuickSight, Excel VBA).
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt.
- B2 French proficiency.
